Return Policy

At Elise Anne Design, each piece is created with care and packaged by hand. Because many of our artworks are limited-edition, made-to-order, or part of a monthly collectible series, we have a few guidelines around returns and exchanges.

Art Prints & The City I Love Club

Due to the collectible nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork that has been opened, used, or displayed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at eliseannedesignstudio@gmail.com (or the contact form) with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Original Artwork & Custom Commissions

All original artwork and commissioned pieces are final sale. Because these pieces are created specifically for each collector, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Subscription Cancellations

The City I Love Club memberships can be canceled at any time before your next billing cycle. Once a monthly shipment has been processed, that month’s artwork cannot be canceled or refunded.
